J.Database Exception error when ReSD print (Doc ID 1628503.1)

Symptoms

When user prints ReSD, the status of job ends with "Error" on 'Reports > Compliance > Background Periodic Report Status' screen.

Its corresponding Error Log View shows the following error message.

Argus J.Database Exception :- Error while generating report Reg_Report_ID:xxxxxx Report Generation Failed:The transaction has aborted.
