Injector Batch Not Validating the Item/Location Ranging and Inappropriately Approves the Price Event (Doc ID 1628798.1)

Symptoms

Price Events on items not in Retail Price Management (RPM) 13.1.x are getting incorrectly approved when they are created through InjectorPriceEventBatch.sh.



Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an item in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and approve it after assigning the locations to it.
2. Notice that records are created in RPM_STAGE_ITEM_LOC table.
3. Create a record in RPM_STAGE_PRICE_CHANGE table for the above item/location with effective date greater than vdate.
4. Run InjectorPriceEventBatch.sh and notice that a price change is created in the RPM_PRICE_CHANGE table in 'Approved' status.
