Having a requirement to send email to end user when a case will progress from one status to another status. For that one has used a base business service but what one is seeing that this base business service is not able to handle the validation properly. Like if there is any space is email id the business service is failing with server error.
for Example if we give a email id : a.b@ gmail.com or email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org the business service is failing.
Only when one gives email id like : email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com the business service is working properly.
And for this case is failing and that create problem to client also in their operation.
Name of the business service is F1-EmailService.
