On :  Application Access Controls Governor (AACG) version
AACG is used to report segregation of duties(SOD) in the business applications. In AACG Controls are created, and the program Control Analysis(CA) is run to identify SOD violations(Incidents). The CA job completes successfully when it is run for individual controls, but when the program is run for multiple controls the job hangs at 16% progressed with error.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create multiple controls
2. Select one control and run control analysis
3. The job completes successfully
4. Select multiple controls and run control analysis
5. The job hangs at 16% progress with error shown above

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the application as intended, it is impacting meeting the production deliverable date.
