WIP Mass Load ends in warning with ORA-00001 error during MPS release through MPS Workbench (Doc ID 1629260.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, MPS Workbench

Select All for release launches WIP mass load which ends in warning.
Only 1 wip job is created with session_id and not correct job name.

ORA-00001 error can be observed from the Job and Schedule Interface Report.

Also, for other WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE records which errored out through WIP Mass Load,
all JOB_NAME is set to the same session id as shown below.

There are many ways to reproduce the issue.

[Pattern 1]

  1. Open MPS Workbench and query the item to open supply form
  2. Multiple plan orders are viewable. Press "Select all for release"
  3. Note pop up appears. press "OK"
  4. Change Implementation Date of Planned Order (more than one record)
  5. Press "Release"
  6. Decision form pop up and press "Yes".
  7. Caution form pop up and press "OK"


[Pattern 2]

  1. Open MPS Workbench and query the item to open supply form
  2. Multiple plan orders are viewable. Press "Select all for release"
  3. Note pop up appears. press "OK"
  4. Press Save on Menu bar. (FRM:40401: No changes to save)
  5. Press "Release"
  6. Decision form pop up and press "No".

  1. Open MPS Workbench and query the item to open supply form
  2. Multiple plan orders are viewable. Press "Select all for release"
  3. Note pop up appears. press "OK"
  4. Change Implementation Date of Planned Order (more than one record)
  5. Press "Release"
  6. Decision form pop up and press "No".
  7. Press "Select all for release"
  8. Change Implementation Date of Planned Order (more than one record)
  9. Press "Release"
  10. Decision form pop up and press "Yes".
  11. Caution form pop up and press "OK"


[Pattern 4]

  1. Open MPS Workbench and query the item to open supply form
  2. Multiple plan orders are viewable. Press "Select all for release"
  3. Note pop up appears. press "OK"
  4. Press Save on Menu bar. (FRM:40401: No changes to save)
  5. Close supply form.
  6. Decision form pop up and press "No".
  7. Close MPS workbench form
  8. Open MPS Workbench and re-query the item on 1. to open supply form. (Records are turned pink)
  9. Press "Release"
