Symptoms

General
---------
Call scenario towards IVR is being disconnected in 10 seconds.
 
Environment
---------
OCSB 6.0.0.1 system uses the following call flow:
OCNCC - OCSC - MSC

Expected Behavior

---------
Call should remain active until announcement is ended or subscriber disconnect.


Business impact
---------
Announcement are being cut in the middle and calls are being disconnected in 10 seconds.
