Symptoms

A subscription service having with following devices attached and provisioned on the network:


As you can see above, all the devices ACTION going as "D" and because of this all the devices/provisioning attributes currently provisioned for the SERVICE are getting deactivated in the network, even though we expect to Deactiave only those (devices) specified in the input.

Is it expected to reactivate the service again in the BRM so that all the attributes will be reprovisioned?
