Argus timing out when attempting to generate a query in Case Open screen (Doc ID 1629729.1)

While executing a query within the Case Open page, the following error is observed:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Case Open screen.
2. Select AC, set date range.
3. Click [Search].
