Reporter name entered in Japanese character not being translated

When entered reporter first name and last name in Japanese character in Argus J and view the screen in Japanese-English split screen, 'First Name' and 'Last Name' field is blank in English translation split screen.
1. Is this normal behavior for Argus J functionality to not show the English free text reporter information of names when viewing the split screen?
2. What is the workaround?
