ORA-00904: "A"."CUSTOMER_ID": invalid identifier Errors Running FTP Processes After Upgrading to 6.1

Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 6.1.0.3 after upgrading to 6.1.0.3 from FTP 6.0, all FTP processes fail to properly execute. When executing a process that calls the command line, the process does not fail but does not produce any results. The following error is thrown from the debug .err log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to FTP 6.1 and FTP 6.1.0.3 from FTP 6.0
2. Run FTP Processes
