Symptoms
On Oracle Communication Network and Charging Control (OCNCC) 4.4.1, The 'Balance Type Cascade Branching' Feature Node placed in the call plan changes its configuration every time the Feature Node is opened for edition.
The problem can be reproduced by the following these steps :
1) Create new Control Plan.
2) Configure Balance Type Cascading Branching Node e.g. 10 EUR.
3) Save the FN and open it again - check the Cash value, it will be 1000 EUR.
4) Close it and open it again, the value will change again.
