Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC) 5.0.0.2.0, when a bucket is deleted via the GUI, click save, and re-open, the bucket is still there. The amount has been set to 0 and the expiry date is set to 1 hour in the future.
Here is the output of the java console while deleting the bucket 'y' :
