GLID Wiith Value 15 Appeared In PIN_LEDGER_REPORT And This Should Not Happen (Doc ID 1630677.1)

Following is as given in documentation:
When GLID is from 1 through 99 then it is assigned to balance impact types that are not included in G/L reports.
Stored in Journal Object? - No
Included in G/L Report? - No

Here is a situation where in journal table we have GL ID = 15 for epsilon (item rounding delta) and this also appeared in pin_ledger_report output file.
According to documentation such glid should not be report by pin_ledger_report application but it was.

Could you please check why this situation appeared here and apply some fix, or explanation?
