Relationship Search Lists Unmatching Class Attributes for Japanese User

Symptoms
Attributes for the criteria to specify on Relationship Search lists attributes that does not match the class specified when user's language preference is set to Japanese
Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Web Client, goto My Settings > Preferences, and change language to "Japanese"
2. Re-login to Web Client
3. Open Advanced Search
4. Select "Part" for the second list field, and select "Relationship Search" for the third list field
5. Another list field appear after "Relationship Search". Default shows "Item". Keep this as "Item"
6. Click the pull down from the Attribute list field. Notice that the Relationship attributes shows that for Change object, not for the Item.
