ASAP Not Getting Async Responses From HIS700 Cartridge (Doc ID 1632061.1)

Symptoms

ASAP is not receiving async responses from the Siemens HIS700 cartridge.

After a period of inactivity (no provisioning) on the HIS700 NE, the firewall between ASAP and HIS drops the connection. After this, ASAP reconnects fine but the async responses are not received. This may be due to the design of HIS (Notification Service).


According HIS doc, it is possible to configure the Corba receiver on ASAP side to listen on one predefined port (recommended if there is firewall between ASAP and HIS).
