Symptoms
When opening a specific Case ID , the following error is being returned:
Error 500 - Internal Server Error
Opening the case on the application server returns error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'oXMLDom.documentElement'
/Include/CommonSvrFun_inc.asp, line 298
All other cases open successfully.
