Symptoms
General
---------
A Scenario of two concatenated services fails to work.
The second service starts a mid-call announcement by sending a re-Invite to Media Resource Function (MRF)
there might be a mismatch in the tags of the "To" and "From" headers.
As a result, AS sends a SIP 481 message.
Environment
---------
OCCAS-SC 6.1
What is working
---------
The same scenario works fine in OCSB 3.1
Expected Behavior
---------
The same functionality should work the same as in OCSB3.1
