Location LOV Is Not Populated When 'EG' Type Transfer Is Chosen in TSFFIND Screen (Doc ID 1632661.1)

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, the Location LOV is not populated when 'EG' type transfer is selected in the TSFFIND screen.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a user to a new group with access to a part of the Org. Hierarchy and a part of the Merch. Hierarchy.
2. Try to open the Location LOV in the Transfer form.
3. 'List of Values contains no entries' error is encountered.
