Service Request Translator (SRT) related questions:
Q1. Is it possible to deploy more than one SRT cartridge on a single ASAP instance server? (Say, one SRT for residential customers and another for enterprise customers)
Q2. How to use lookups within the translation file (XSLT)? (Aware of using lookups in service bundle, but consider that in this case there is no service bundle in SRT)
Q3. Do lookups , especially DB lookups, defined in the SRT execute on their own, when orders enter? Even when lookup is not mapped or returned value by lookup is not used\mapped to any SRT specific parameter?
Q4. Is it possible to have direct translation to an ASAP schema specific xml file instead of an SRT schema specific file? (Again, there are no service bundles in this case.)
Q5. In a single SRT cartridge, is it possible to have a 'service bundle' applicable to a certain category of orders, where as direct translation (ASAP schema specific) for another category?
