Some TO DO type(such as billing) detailed description said:"To Do's of this type may have their role assigned based on the account's account management group or division." However,the after several testing,to dos created by billing didn't assigned to different TO DO roles according there access group.All the roles received all the to Do's.
What are the instructions for setting up access group correctly so that the to dos can be assigned to different roles?
