Symptoms
OCMC returns the wrong result code when the subscriber has SMS services removed and tries to use SMS services.
The erroneous result code returned is 5031- DIAMETER RATING FAILED.
The expected result code is 4010 - DIAMETER END USER SERVICE DENIED. The 4010 result code puts the subscriber behavior in line with the Inactive Subscriber Behavior.
