Planning ODS Load Completes With Error ORA-00942 ORA-06502 (Doc ID 1633448.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.2 version, Data Collections

When attempting to run Standard Collections,
the following error occurs.

12-FEB 10:45:48 : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
12-FEB 10:45:48 : exchange part:-ALTER TABLE MSC_DELIVERY_DETAILS EXCHANGE PARTITION DELIVERY_DETAILS__1 WITH TABLE DELIVERY_DETAILS_YCC INCLUDING INDEXES
12-FEB 10:45:48 : ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
12-FEB 10:45:48 : Error while exchanging partition for table :MSC_DELIVERY_DETAILS
12-FEB 10:45:48 : Please launch targetted collections for following entities :
12-FEB 10:45:48 : Delivery Details
12-FEB 10:45:48 : Sourcing Rules
12-FEB 10:45:48 : Sourcing Rules
12-FEB 10:45:48 : Sourcing Rules
12-FEB 10:45:48 : Exchange partition failed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Standard Collections

2. Note the error in Planning ODS Load

3. Try running targetted collections for following entities - Sourcing Rules and Delivery Details as mentioned in the log file

4. Targeted Collections completes fine

5. Re-run Standard Collections and Planning ODS Load still fails with the same error as before
