Incorrect Square Brackets Handling, When IPv6 Address And Port Existed In SIP Route Header (Doc ID 1633501.1)

Symptoms

Observerd the following behavior for Route/Record-Route header in the IPv6 environment.

As a SIP Proxy deployed in a network with IPv6 address, received INVITE messages with Route header below from UAC:


So, the SIP container add extra [] for hostport of SIP-URI (i.e. "[2001:db8::124]:5060" vs "[[2001:db8::124]:5060]".
But per the RFC3261 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3261), the SIP-URI in outgoing Invite is incorrect.
