This problem happened with Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5 PS4 during Corrective Billing (or Rerating).
The problem is that the system did not recalculate taxes as part of the Corrective Billing. The corrective tax event was not re-rated, and instead, it was only taken into account during the next billing cycle.
As a consequence, the taxation was not recalculated as part of the Corrective Billing, it did not appear in the corrective invoice but appeared in the next invoice. This is confusing to the customer.
It is expected that the corrective tax event should be re-rated and that the taxation recalculation is therefore performed in the relevant invoice.
This problem happened with BRM 7.5 PS4.
