When sent a MMS-message with the image base64 encoded via the OneAPI; the handset cannot display the image content. When sent the same image as raw binary, the handset has no problem displaying the image.
Checking tcpdump on OneAPI and the MMSC; found that the OCSG has removed the “Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64” of the image. This causes the MMSC interpret the message as binary; therefore handset cannot display the image.
