HOW TO IMPORT CORRECT ACK FILE AFTER TRANSMITTED E2B FILE TWICE FOR PMDA (Doc ID 1634256.1)

Goal

An E2B file for PMDA report has been transmitted to a partner company twice.

You have received 2 ACK files from the partner company and both files are located in the 'Incoming Folder'.
1 file is ACK OK and 1 file is ACK NG (Duplicate message found)

The ACK OK file can be imported, but the ACK NG file cannot.

You can also find the following message in the ESM Service log in ACK file of ACK OK.

「Duplicate acknowledgment received for ICSRMESSAGE number '65802_A01' and ICSRMESSAGE RECEIVER IDENTIFIER '039976196'"」

How can one import the correct ACK file (ACK OK) in this situation?
