The promotion user interface (UI) in Retail Price Management (RPM) is taking a long time to retrieve promotion related information. It takes close to one hour for the UI to respond after the user enters/selects the promotion ID. The expected response time is less than 5 seconds for this.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to RPM.
- Open the Create Component screen.
- Select a promotion from the LOV or enter the value.
- It is observed that to enter the subsequent details, the user has to wait for ~ 1hour. The UI hangs doing some processing in the background and becomes unresponsive. The expected behavior is to allow the user to go ahead and create the component, as the promotion selection should complete within 5 seconds.
