Goal
This note is for users who are trying to install an OSM6.3.1 system into a Weblogic 9.2.1MP3 system for the first time and find that the deployment of the oms.ear file is consistenly failing.
The following issues will occur:
- The deployment will fail for the oms.ear file each and every time, wether using the installer to deploy or manually deploying after the installer has run
- The following error will occur in the InstallerLog.txt log file
