ADD RE-EDIT ABILITY TO REGISTRATION FORM (Doc ID 1635081.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 15, 2014

Applies to:

Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management - Version 2.3.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Enhance Registration Form Life cycle to allow re-edits of a registration form from Ready For Post Status. This is currently available on Tax Forms and we would like the same functionality on Registration Forms.
This will allow users to fix any data after validating the form or to cancel it if needed. Currently in Production we are seeing a need for this functionality and would like this enhancement done.

Enhancement details are the following:
- Add the Re-edited state to the BO and plug in the ‘Create Form Version and Default Change Reason’ to it.
- Update the ‘Retrieve Action Details for Display’ SS: Add logic for the display of the Re-edited button (on Posted), add Re-edited to states that
enable the Edit button.
- Add a BPA script for the Re-edit dialog. This script allows for the immediate display of the maintain map upon clicking Re-edit. Without this, the user would have to click Re-edit and then click Edit to see the map.
- Update the Registration Form – Maintain BPA to invoke the new ‘Re-edit’ BPA when applicable.
