On Oracle Communications Online Mediation Controller (OCMC) 6.1, when trying to exhaust the balance and get a post call announcment, the PIN_FLD_QTY is incorrect though the whole balance is exhausted. But since the PIN_FLD_QTY is incorrect causing an issue and not allowing to play a right announcment to the subscriber.
