Symptoms
When attempting to use dbsetup.bat to create a database, the following error occurs:
ERROR
RunTimeException: Error in Create the SQL Server tablespaces for P6 PPM : RuntimeException (Error in Run SQL Script sspm_init_db.sql : DatabaseToolException (Incorrect syntax near '-'.))
