Symptoms
For deferred purchase of CA(Cycle Arrear) backdated to previous cycle with cycle start_t in current cycle, during purchase itself a CA charge was applied.
steps to reproduce:
1. Create an account on Nov 1st with dummy service (plan with no deal).
2. Do billing on Dec 9th.
3. Purchase a deal with CA product backdated to Nov 30. While purchasing make Sure in CC you set relative purchase/cycle/usage start date to 7 days.
4. You will see a charge getting applied from Dec 7 to Jan1.
This should get applied only on 1st Jan when running billing.
