Symptoms
This problem happens on Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) software 7.4 and 7.5.
When the bill has AR items with $0 amount for both item_total and due, Customer Center returns design-time error on the Balance - Bill Details GUI.
It is expected that it shows the actual bill details.
