Symptoms
The problem happens with some of the Perl-based utilities available at the following locations (and possibly others) :
It is expected that those files are updated with the correct line, pointing to the right Perl execution binary location.
Perl execution binary path* : That is the very first line in the Perl based utility.

This problem happens during the installation of BRM version 7.5 PS 6
