Oracle Knowledge - Version 8.5 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Purpose
When bulk update operations are selected from the content list within a channel such as publishing/unpublishing or category change, the execution of the Job can either take place on the Bulk Operations Queue or the "Immediate Queue" depending on the setting of the threshhold parameters in the IM "Expert Mode" settings.
Note: when the action is completed by the user and if it will run Immediately then the progress bar will appear as the job runs. If the action goes to bulk update you will see it in the jobs queue as queued. There is a bug that the selected count is zero. When you refresh this screen or click done and come back into the screen the new job status will appear.
Bug 25987528 - Bulk update process queued shows 0 count when has not started yet
