Wrong Result Code From OCSB When Subscriber In Inactive In BRM (Doc ID 1636948.1)

Symptoms

OCSB returns the wrong result code when subscriber is inactive in BRM. It returns 4012 which is DIAMETER_CREDIT_LIMIT_REACHED
Debug logs shows the Result-Code 4012:
