BOM, AML, Attachment Information Missing When Exporting Item With Revision From Java Client (Doc ID 1637390.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL RESULT

When attempting to export Item from Java Client, below information is missing
from the export file:
BOM (BOM items, all level)
Manufacturers
Attachments


EXPECTED RESULT

When attempting to export Item from Java Client, all information including
below to be outputted to export file:
BOM (BOM items, all level)
Manufacturers
Attachments

 

WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------
Can export all the information from Web Client



STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login Java Client
2. Create an Item P0001, add a file test01.doc to Attachments tab
3. Create a change order C0001 against P0001
4. Go to Affected Items tab, do redline to add an Item P0002 and a Manufacturer Part MPN0001
5. Release the change C0001 with Rev A
6. Open the Item P0001, from the item, run More.. > Export
7. Select Format: Excel(xls), and Next
8. Select Create custom filter and Next
9. Make sure below contents are selected, and Export:
- Title Block
- Page Two
- Page Three
- BOM (BOM Items, All Level)
- Manufacturers
- Price
- Attachment
10. Open the exported Excel file. Notice that below information is missing:
- BOM (BOM Items, All Level)
- Manufacturers
- Attachment
