Problem After AERS 126.96.36.1996 Patch Installation

Applied AERS iPatch 188.8.131.526 Patch.
After installation unable to run the PBRER in either draft or final mode, when
running the report the application is throwing the following error / warning message:
Customer also noted, that on their test environment which was installed from 184.108.40.2061 the following
patches have been applied and in this TEST environment the patch is working just fine:
