Problem After AERS Patch Installation

Applied AERS iPatch Patch.

After installation unable to run the PBRER in either draft or final mode, when
running the report the application is throwing the following error / warning message:

Customer also noted, that on their test environment which was installed from the following
patches have been applied and in this TEST environment the patch is working just fine:
