OCCAS-SC 6.1 Behaves Unpredictably In Stateful Terminating ACR Flow On MSS Disconnect (Doc ID 1637899.1)

Symptoms

While using terminating service which uses a stateful flow with ApplyCharging, OCCAS-SC behaves in an inconsistent manner.

OCCAS-SC will either:

  1. Send a BYE  and then a SIP INFO (ApplyChargingReport) to the Application Server (AS). The problem is that BYE is sent earlier than INFO.

    OR

  2. Not send the SIP INFO (ApplyChargingReport) or the BYE to the AS.
