XML Files Are Ignored By Argus Interchange Process Until Their Names Are Changed (Doc ID 1637961.1)

When files are placed in the IN folder, ESM was reading the file but not processing the file. They simply remained in the defined IN folder.

If the files are renamed then the files are processed by the Argus Interchange Service.
