Error in Deleting Account Using PCM_OP_CUST_DELETE_ACCT (Doc ID 1638062.1)

Symptoms

On :  7.5.0.4.0 version, Customer Registration

While deleting account that has two billinfo objects(one active, one inactive) with same /balance_group, using opcode PCM_OP_CUST_DELETE_ACCT, below error is thrown :

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create one Credit Card account using PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER
2. Set the BILLINFO with STATUS 10103 using PCM_OP_CUST_SET_BILLINFO
3. Create a new BILLINFO with the same /payinfo/cc and /balance_group using PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_BILLINFO
4. Call PCM_OP_CUST_DELETE_ACCT to delete this account
