Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Although the Adapter restart interval is configured to 30 minutes and the runtime services have the keep alive flag = Y, sometimes the runtime services do not correctly restart again.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The restart interval setting along with the keep alive flag = Y should force the runtime services to shut down and restart again.
