Account Level Provisioning Tags Not Displayed in Pricing Center

Symptoms
Created account level provisioning tag using pin_config_provisioning_tags.xml, mentioning the <permittedtype> tag as "/account", and loaded the xml using load_config_provisioning_tags tool.
Provisioning tag is correctly loaded into /config/provisioning_tag object, but during the account-level product creation from Pricing Center, provisioning tag drop down is disabled.
