Signal 11 While Fetching Product Information For An Account (Doc ID 1638627.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.4.0.0.0 version, Subscription Management

"Signal 11" error in production when trying to fetch the products detail for the accounts. From cm log, the “Signal 11” error is occurring in “fm_subscription_read_acct_products.c” (PCM_OP_CUST_READ_ACCT_PRODUCTS) opcode function.

And also the most important point to consider here is that the “Signal 11” error is not happening all the time for the accounts.

Consider for one account (inactive), when trying to fetch active product details, it fails with Signal 11 error. But, for the same account when processing same request immediately to fetch the active products details, this time it is successful.
