Japanese reference notes is a blank when copying the case (Doc ID 1638709.1)

Symptoms

 No value displays in Notes field in the Japanese case form > Additional Information tab > Reference section after copying the case.

Note:
In English case view, the value "Original Case: <Case#>" is displayed properly.

Steps:

1) Open the case and  navigate to Case action --> Copy
2) Press the [Yes] button
3) Open the copied case in a Japanese view mode and navigate to Additional Information tab > Reference section
4) In the Notes field, no value displays.
