Opmnctl Startall Fail (Doc ID 1638800.1)

On : 7.3.0 version, Technical

When attempting to start up OAS,
the following error occurs.

2014-03-20 01:53:05,672 CDT [OC4J Launcher] FATAL appserver.fatal: The system had failed to establish connection to the configured Demantra data-source (JNDI name: jdbc/DemantraDS). Please verify data-source settings.
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

[oracle@dm:/u01/app/OAS10.1.3/opmn/bin]$ opmnctl status

Processes in Instance:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run opmnstl startall fail
2. check the status and the logs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change connecting database to another.
