PLBX Reports Always Display US Date Format (Doc ID 1638890.1)

Symptoms

When displaying the PLBX reports that are created by the report server, the date in the report is in the US format mm/dd/yyyy. However, those that are created in Data manager have the date correctly displayed in the UK format dd/mm/yyyy.
