Batch Job failed with Error "Value (Processing Meter Infrastructure) too long for field parameterValue"

When run a batch job, one of the market messages has an error and the transition error algorithm C1-MTM-TE plugged on the MO is invoked.
The error is about "exceeding 30 chars (which is the BO status description value in this case)" while calling the F1-AddTransitionError business service (./messageParameters/parameter[1]/parameterValue)
