Errors when selecting Highlighting in DEW for Change Since Last Verify/Appr

Symptoms
User go to the particular CRF then received the following error message when:
On left panel pressing on the Highlight and select Change Since Last Verify select "Changes since last verified” or “Changes since last approved” the Error window pops's up :
Error XMLHttp request failed: <XMLHttp request id> (Servlet error: SQL Exception, Unable to proceed further.).

Note:
Remember that :"<XMLHttp request id>" is a generated number. In your case, you will see different numbers
This issue can happen on particular CRF / patient.
