'Unable to Import Archive Files' Exception Occurs While Trying to Perform Data Imports in Back Office/CentralOffice (Doc ID 1639890.1)

When attempting to perform data imports (DIMP) in Oracle Retail Back Office , the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change the file to import the .jar file every 1 minute within 24 hrs.
2. Restart the Admin server.
3. Keep .jar file under /temp/dataimport/incoming folder
4. Note that the mport fails with the exception above.
